Laura R. Clark

After earning a BS in Business from Southern Connecticut State University, Laura began her insurance career in 1989.  She was a National Accounts Group Underwriter (3000+ employees) for Travelers Insurance Co./United HealthCare in Hartford, CT and a Middle Market Financial Underwriter for Aetna before coming to Washington DC in 1996.  As an Aetna Account Manager, she serviced top employer groups with 200 to 3,000 employees.  Laura continued her career with Aon Consulting in Bethesda, MD as a Health and Welfare Benefits Consultant from 1998 to 2002 servicing well-known Washington DC clients.   

Laura lives in Bristow, VA with her husband and 2 children, ages 9 and 11.  Now, as an Independent Broker and Benefit Consultant for small groups and individuals, she uses her corporate background and consulting expertise to service your employee needs.  Whether you are self employed, have a group of employees, or are an individual with a family, Laura will provide special attention to finding you an appropriate, cost effective plan.
